Embest is ceasing operation?

Hi Josh,

My company wants to order more maaxboard ?

but the people(embest) we connect to before told us the Embest is shutdown

who (where) is the CM factory we can connect to ?

Embest is going to shutdown by this month end.

And both eMMC version and standard version is not in the stock.

After Embest shutdown, some products will be transferred to our CM factory to continue the supply. And business part can deal with our recommended distributor.

Now the distributor has 45pcs of standard MaaXBoard in stock. Would you like to accept that please?

Thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm, yes Embest is shutting down. However, Avnet will continue to be support the MaaXBoard for years to come as per our 10 year life cycle support committment. The Engineers supporting the MaaXBoard are being retained to continue development support going foward.

Are you currently in contact with your local Avnet FAE? They would be your best point of contact for getting production support on your board. For technical support this forum is still the best location.

Hi Peter,

That link is for the SD card version of the MaaXBoard. I will have the text changed to be more clear. There is not a eMMC device on that board.

I was refering to contacting your local FAE for production support you may need.
