Please explain me the process of measuring any unknown impedance using AD5933 EBZ board.

I am assuming you have read this http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/user_guides/UG-364.pdf

if so that the extent of what can provide, there is a chance other members have played with this device, it seems to be a couple of years old
