I'm developing an Android based infotainment system for my car. I've been trying to research Android dev boards, but I can't find much info.

How about the Beaglebone Black? There is an Android image for it here: http://beagleboard.org/project/bbbandroid/
Alternatively the Raspberry Pi3? There is an Android image for it here: https://developer.android.com/things/preview/download.html
That last link also has images for various Intel and NXP SBC's too. I'm pretty sure there were others when I last looked but I can't remember them off the top of my head.

Thank you for your response. I need to be able to run a full version of Android. Preferably at least marshmallow. Unfortunately Android Things is a stripped down version that is missing a few key APIs including the one for Google maps.
Right ok, so sticking with the BeagleBone Black for Marshmallow images how about this:

or this:
Not sure how full they are or if anything has been stripped out though.

Rachael
