so I got an old portable DVD player, the DVD part stopped working a long time ago, but the screen still works. so I opened it up hoping I could reuse the LCD for something else (like a raspberry pi) looking at the back of the screen, it has its own board with on "ark" chip and 5 different wires running to the screens board from the main board of the DVD. I'm trying to figure out what all the wires are and how to use the screen.
anyone who reads this should know I'm a hobbyist and at that just started.
