This popped up recently here 23553532355353 apart from it seemingly being an iMX6 Solo something or another, there's no info available. Lots of stock for something that would seem unlikely to be ordered unless you already know what it is. Google and other avenues are failing me. Can't find it on the Embest website either and given it shows e14 as the manufacturer it seems likely it'll be an embest design.
Anyone know what it is, or have pointers to more info ?
The whole 'Revolutionizing the Internet of Things' tagline suggests much more than simply a phone app development system though, doesn't it ? I suspect there are other boards that can do that just as well, for example the cubieboards come with android pre-installed on nand flash so what's the unique selling point here ?
Available from a decent distributor (rather than ebay or alibaba) certainly has some appeal though 
They're clearly thinking bigger... The docs refer to www.riotboard.org which re-directs to the main page in the knode. Going to the trouble of registering a domain, having what appears to be a special riotboard box instead of the usual element14 branded ones, all suggests they're thinking much bigger. Perhaps trying to tap into the pent up demand created by the current BBB shortage ? Either way, a much higher profile than the MarS board was given - although I suspect this is just a slight respin of the same design using a single core iMX6 to get the cost down further.
