LCD module and Uno without soldering?

I noticed that some lcds require soldering. I would like to avoid this process if possible. I have an Uno and was wondering about perhaps a cable set which can connect the LCD with pins on the Uno. Any suggestions?

If I recall there is a shield that contains a LCD and pushbuttons. This is a no solder way of getting an LCD. Mark
