I want to start with Psoc4 .I want to design Buttons and led .

I have earlier used Psoc1 .

Psoc4 is similar to Psoc1??

Which programmer i need to purchase??

i am designing my own PCB so do i need PSOC creator @

You will find the PSOC 4 series quite capable for most of your projects.

The free Cypress software provide you everything you need to program and use your boards.

You can start with either the $4 USD boards or go with one of the kits that provide you with interesting onboard devices.
