Mikromedia problems

Hello my name is Andy.I bought a the mikromedia for dspic33fj screen with a eagle appearing on the screen when connected to the computer.I then wanted to upload a new hex file on it ,when I uploaded it, there was just a white screen instead of a calculator gui.I then bought a new, uploaded the hex file and the same white screen came. Please tell me what's wrong.

I've not used this product, but in general this type of thing occurs if you've uploaded bad code or an incorrect file to a board, or the upload procedure failed half-way.
If you can find the original file, try that. Failing that, try the mikroE forum, in case others have experienced the same thing and have mentioned it.

Thanks for your help of coure, but I did everything that the instruction says.I even bought a new one and the same white screen appears.
