Beaglebone Black Internet Access

Question

Hello everyone,

Is there a straight forward (easy) way to interconnect several Beaglebone Black units so that they can communicate over the internet as well as for one to browser the web using a cellphone 3G SIM card internet connection dongle?

Hi Dave,

EAGLE support is the wrong forum for this question, but yes, if you pick your method of access (WiFi, 3G/4G, Ethernet etc) then your BeagleBones (or _any_ other computer - it makes no difference)

can connect to the Internet.

Regarding communication, the answer is yes (same way as _any_ computers can communicate to each other). The BeagleBone Black is a computer, it runs Linux.

You may get a better response by moving the topic as suggested.

You can do this by using the 'Move' command on the right hand side of your post. Type in Beaglebone and it will suggest Single-Board Computers.
