Help w/ Solution to Pass USB Cellular to Ethernet...

I'm in need of help and advice on how I can use a m2m cellular board with integrated Cellular LTE modem USB port as Ethernet.

To be exact a device such as Connected IO LT1000S OR Multi-Tech MTSMC-LVW2 which connects and utilizes its USB port as eth to devices such as RasbP by editing interfaces, allow-hotplug eth(x), iface eth3 inet dhcp.

However I will not be using a RasbP but a standalone device with Ethernet DHCP client. Are there any solutions I use to pass the USB data to Ethernet?

I believe if you have a Linux environment on this standalone device(?) you can follow the guide http://www.multitech.com/manuals/s000616_1.pdf for getting a USB driver installed. After that, it will become a simple matter of connecting with networking protocols. I do not know how the cell phone part calls...

Yes I know I can use USB drivers, my issues is that the m2m device connecting only has a Ethernet for connecting!!
