Which low cost sbc(s) have bootable flash memory?

As I understand it, the BeagleBone Black has bootable flash memory. Are there any other low cost single board computers which have this feature? I know the Raspberry Pi 3 does not. I can't tell from the Pine64 web site if it does.

Bootable flash memory is important to me because I think if the power goes out, then there is a chance of the os getting wiped out on a SD card. Or is this just an issue for the Raspberry Pi?

Hi Ryan, I think there is a risk of corruption with both methods if just unplugged and not shut down correctly or other accidental power outages.
One possible solution is battery backup to guard against loss of power to allow shut down in a controlled manner. On the BBB it is a quick thing, see here:

On some of the other SBCs that would require additional circuitry.

SD cards or flash can be corrupted if a write is in progress when the power gets clipped. shabazhas the right idea.
