I use a pi3 for emulation and running kodi media center. I am looking for a sbc that will run a little more updated games (personal backups) including dreamcast, n64, and gamecube better than the pi3 does. I have been looking into the lattepanda the upboard and a few other boards that can run windows based emulators, and kodi. I have also looked into the invidia shield but am not a huge fan of the android os on a tv. My question is what in your opinion, is the best sbc for preferably under 200 bucks that would work best for my needs.
