For PS/2 devices, you'll need a USB adapter. If you live in the Dallas Fort Worth Texas USA area, you can come buy and I'll give you one that I do not use anymore. On the other hand, they are not expensive…

The G4418 embedded single board computer is of VGA LCD 7inch capacitive touch screen, and 3.5 mm output, and 2 usb and 1.4Ghz and 1GB DDR3. The board seems meet you totally.

Two best choices for support and communities IMO:

    • Raspberry Pi 3
    • SanCloud BeagleBone Enhanced with 1GB RAM (https://beagleboard.org/enhanced )

Actually single board computer are made for small projects and not browsing. After long time, you will noticed a very slow down like a 80 year old man.

Get a USD$100 embedded complete system with nano ITX, cpu, ram, kb, mouse. But you have to find your own operating system.

Below $200, you have a peace of mind with Windows.
