How to work on the stabilization?
I like your way of powering the robot and also the way you use the coat hanger to keep the robot balanced.
How ever I think you really need to work on the co-ordination of the limbs as the first bit was very awkward and the walking bit was really a shuffle movement which wouldn't work unless it was held floating by the support.
Either way congratulations in doing something keep it up!
