BeagleBone Black Wireless with TI DLP LightCrafter Display 2000 EVM

Here is short presentation of initial test of DLP LightCrafter 2000 EVM connected to BeagleBone Black Wireless board. I would like to use this board to create portable theater projector for watching movies e.g. from Youtube or Netflix.

I have tried that but the issue is that beagle bone's graphics/ video rendering capability is darn poor. Anything beyond 600 px will ruin your experience. Regards, GS Gill

BBBW it is not ideal device to video playback because CPU does not have integrated video decoder e.g. for H264 codec. To improve little playback you could do following steps: - update Device Tree Blob…
