Where are my discussions?

Christy, if you break Fielding, you are going to receive some polite feedback that points out the error of your ways and the negative repercussions of what you are doing to Web engineering.  This may be an unnecessary comment because you have no intention of breaking addressibility, but better to make an unnecessary comment now than a firestorm later.

I'm serious.  Webbies are destroying the Web for "cool", and I would not like Element 14 to fall into that category.

Please provide us with the URL at which we can see BBB-only discussions.  No, a URL + instructions on what widget to flick are not adequate.

As I said, this is an experiment so if it doesn't work, we'll try something else. This is really not at attempt at "cool" but trying to make it easier to find things. We've heard we have too many layers, too many divisions, etc. so we're trying to consolidate and use tagging to keep things categorized.

Here is a URL you can use to see all BBB-only discussions:

http://www.element14.com/community/community/knode/single-board_computers?view=tags&tags=bb_black&tags=bbb&tags=beagle_bone_black

(you can add/remove additional tag names as desired).

This url will work when adjusted for any other area of our site and the tag labels for topics you wish to see.

As for the widgets I mentioned, you'll see them on the Beagle Bone space page now. They are basically doing the same thing as the url above - they are pulling in all discussions that are tagged with beaglebone_black (or BBB in one case).

I hope this is helpful, and feedback is always welcome. We've turned off discussions here to avoid additional confusion with people creating them in two places but I see there is already another thread about that issue started in Feedback and Support. You could also continue your comments about whether this works for you or not in the thread in Single Board Computers here.
