We purchased a BeagleBone Black and cannot get it to operate as per the instructions.

How may I obtain support from E14 to resolve this issue ?

Hi there Andrew. Perhaps our best starting point is if you can give us a bit more info on where your difficulties are, I'm confident that the members here at element14 will be able to help.

I'll also move this conversation over into the BeagleBone Black section, as it's more likely to get the kind of responses you need.
