not that anyone even checks this board, or even uses this the riotboard..cause ive come to the conclusion that im the only person in existence that uses this damn thing.. and i still dont know why. Anyway when i first got it I had no problem installing Kodi on the Android emmc side,, no issues at all, it ran great. Now, a year later i go to install kodi again...keep in mind nothing has changed other than i have a fresh android install (same version, 4.2.2 ) and now when i try to run kodi it tells me "error cannot parse cpu features" maybe someone will see this and will be able to help....i hope..but im not holding my breath..lol
I've tried all the methods and images for both linux and android but when I connect my monitor to its hdmi port, it doesn't show anything. I follow the instructions step by step but I can't see anything on my monitor. MfgTool_MultiPanel finishes successfully.

I didn't connect the usart cable (J18) to my board, should I connect it?
Both SD images failed for different reasons for me. The Yocto dies right after the Loading Kernel ... message. The Ubuntu SD image seems to work but there is no network. I tried to modify the /etc/network interfaces with no effect. Pretty useless ... Element 14 can you provide a working set of images for those who are not interested to build the kernel from scratch ?
When I download the ubuntu image for SD card I am actually getting the android image for the SD card. Anyone have a link to the SD card image for Ubuntu.
I want to compile ubuntu from scratch because some drivers are not included in your image.Based on RIoboard user manual i should find source here but i could not find it. Would you please tell me how you built this image.I tried embest_imx_3.0.35_4.0.0 without success. imx_v7_defconfig and imx6solo_RIoTboard.dtb does not exist in this branch. I do not know where is right branch or sources.
