RIoTboard BSP Images and Tools Download - Android and Linux

After checking out with repo you´ll have a folder "kernel" in which you find the kernel code.

You can modify it there and also use "make menuconfig" if needed.

But then you have to copy your created config into the "imx6_android_defconfig" inside the kernels configs folder.

Because calling "lunch" will always overwrite the used kernel config with the "imx6_android_defconfig" before compiling.

Thanks for this. I already have a build system under Linux so I will use the information to pull down the repo.

What about the Linux Android Kernel? Is this available in source format? I've found that this is needed when adding drivers for such things as I2C touch etc.

I there describe how to setup the build environment also as getting the code and compile it.

The tools (MFGTool) to flash the Linux image is inside image_SVN2487.zip.

You don´t need tools_svn2652.

You won´t get the source in a zip or tar ball.

Way too big and from different repos.

There is no Android source?

Part of the AOSP is that you are supposed to provide any source as part of the agreement. None of those links have any source code.

I want to look at creating a custom Android build.

where file tools_svn2652.zip ?

if you can help me. how to install ubuntu on SD or eMMC riotboard. Can you give me instructions and tools I could do it.
