WaRP7 is a compact form factor development board designed to meet the requirements of real world IoT edge node and wearable products. Element14 paid special focus while choosing the components which are actually used in real products and available in small sizes. Due to the compact connector to connect battery to WaRP7 IO board, certain simple steps need to be followed in order to properly connect the Battery. Following blog highlights the steps required connect battery to WaRP7 io board.
Take WaRP7 out of it's box,
As you take WaRP7 out of the box following is how the board would like like.The battery is included in the package itself.
The battery connector is J9 as shown in the picture below. Move the NFC antenna to get clear access to the battery connector.
Fold the cable that comes connecting to battery as follows,
Snap the battery connector to J9 connector. Once connected the green LED would turn on the front side of WaRP7.
