Have a question about Warp7? Ask it here!
Hi, Warp7 was marketed as having Android BSP support, yet there is no Android BSP available on the NXP site for the i.MX7 solo upon which Warp7 is based. Where do we get the Android BSP, or, if unavailable, can you direct us to a build tutorial on how to get Android deployed on Warp7?
How do we ballpark the BOM cost to produce this board? Many of the part #s listed in the open source BOM list for this board return 0 search results on the various BOM quoting tools (as the parts matching the # cannot be found) so where can we source those from or get pricing on them from?
Android BSP is in process of development.
The code will be maintained at www.github.com/WaRP7 as is it getting developed.
The BSP is expected to available by Dec 2016.
Alex,
we are coming up with the android support.
we will announce soon, meanwhile have a look at our github repo for more information.
Hi,
Which model of the image sensor is being used in the CMA219-B200SF-E camera module provided with the board? I have tried searching on the web and still couldn't find any information regarding this camera module. Although, from this website (Embest NXP Warp 7 Wearable Reference Platform | WARP7 | Embest ) it seems to be OV2675, is that correct?
Also, I believe the driver for this particular camera module is not currently available in the BSP. Is it currently in process of development?
Thank you,
Nuntipat
Hi Dave.
Pls is there any A/D converter WaRP7 compatible board available?
Thanks,
Martin
I am also looking for as much info about the camera module as possible. Documentation is currently lacking here. Has anyone succeeded in reading from the camera or controlling the camera yet?
