I would like to purchase this The Discover Wi-Fi (STM32F4DIS-WIFI). As per my understanding, after purchasing this kit there is one option in element14 community site where i can download software. Please check below link of element14 community site.

I just want to know that if i purchase this kit then what is the software provided? Is it windows utility or Source code/SDK.
