Discover WiFi software download ?

I'm attempting to download the Discover Wi-Fi software.

Inputting my access code and selecting "Download Now" results in

404 Not Found

The requested URL /discover/Discover-wifi V3.zip was not found on this server.

Is this link down, or is the file available anywhere else?
