Kit Overview

 

The TWR-WIFI-G1011MITWR-WIFI-G1011MI peripheral module is the ideal solution for your application development using the Tower System, enabling fast development of internet connected devices.

 

The fully certified on-board GS1011MIPGS1011MIP Wi-Fi module from GainSpan features a highly integrated and low power SOC consuming few µA of standby current and with few ms of wake-up latency for battery operated devices requiring years of battery life. It includes both uART and SPI interfaces, a full Wi-Fi stack including WPS for easy provisioning, Over The Air firmware update, optional networking stack and services and 802.11i security.

 

Evaluation and prototyping with this certified Wi-Fi module and the Tower System lets you add Wi-Fi connectivity to nearly any product quickly and easily. Get started now! This peripheral module is designed to be combined and used with other microcontroller and peripheral modules in the Tower System.
