Kit Overview

The Keil MCB950MCB950 Evaluation Board is a versatile, flexible prototype board for the NXP P89LPC952P89LPC952 microcontroller family. It includes the Keil µVision LPC Development Studio which allows you to create and debug programs that you can program into the on-chip Flash ROM using FlashMagic. With this hands-on process, you can determine the hardware and software requirements for current and future product development.

The MCB950MCB950 Evaluation Board ships with a NXP P89LPC952P89LPC952 microcontroller. The P89LPC952 is an 8051-based microcontroller with 2 clock highspeed core, 8K Bytes ISP/IAP Flash, 256 Bytes RAM, 256 Bytes AUX RAM, Dual DPTR, 40 I/O Lines, 2 Timers/Counters, UART, I2C, SPI, 2 Analog Comparators, WDT, RTC. The board contains all hardware components required in a single-chip system. The MCB950 evaluation board is very flexible and configures easily to suit your needs. Configuration jumpers control the built-in features such as debug interfaces, and Analog Input Voltages.

The MCB950MCB950 Evaluation Board also includes prototyping area, which provides blocks for connecting the address and data lines, and ports P0, P1, and P2.  The MCB950 board comes with the Keil Development Tools CD-ROM that contains an Evaluation Version of the PK51 Professional Developer's Kit.
