Thank you for inviting me to your first ever Boot Camp. Although I've been using your software
for many years, I did expect I would learn one or two things.
As it turns out, I got much more than I bargained for. Providing paper lists of the top support
issues, having open forum discussions regarding technique, demonstrating some important ULP's,
offering navigational tricks, and other considerations, was a boom for me. Furthermore, as luck
would have it, you had literature available from vendors including two new ones for me, which I
am certain will be valuable resources to my company.
Thank you very much for standing behind your software for so many years. I've only had to call
you for help a few times over the years, but your software and support always came through!
