Hello Eagle Team,
in many cases it would be very helpful to draw a line that automatically
does the following
- Add an arrowhead pointing outwards at start/end if the line is long
- Add an arrowhead pointing inwards at start/end if the line is short
- Add text below/above the line (that can be smashed)
- Text contains the length of the line
Would that be an option being implemented ?

for the same I've come up with a little ULP.
Usage:
- draw lines of continguous style in the Measures layer
- run the script.
Free for non-commercial use. Still beta status, so use on your own risk
