Eagle layers reference for review

Hi,

Attached is a short doc on Eagle layers.. I did this because I keep forgetting them if I don't use it

for a few months.

Feel free to edit/etc. It could be a useful reference.

The attachement didn't make over here to the Eagle Central forums, but
what's the point? Is there anything in your documentation that you don't
get by doing HELP LAYER? That's the normal way to see what layers are used
for what.

Hi,

Sorry not sure why it was not visible. Anyway, I've put it temporarily at this location for someone to post it properly.

The reason for the doc was that layers are so important to understand, that a doc focussed on it was the best way to share this info. With layers knowledge it speeds up board and component design so much. The help file is good, and I refer to it myself too.

The reason for the uploaded file not appearing in the newsgroup or
subsequently at EagleCentral is an issue at Element14.
They have yet to make it work. So many months have passed since this was
flagged that I don't expect it will be fixed.
If you wish to upload files do it at EagleCentral or directly at the
NewsGroup.
