xilinx FT256 (or BGA256) package

Does anyone have the FT256 package from Xilinx already made? (this is a

BGA256 package in a 16x16 matrix configuration)

    however I am not too sure what to do , exactly , with this texty string

    (once it's unzipped) Do I throw that in a ULP? I'm not familiar with text

    file importation/exportation, etc. thank you in advance,

    The file XC3S1200E.7z unzips to the file XC3S1200E.lbr (a library file)

    Place the library file in your Eagle library folder and open it with Eagle

    FILE/OPEN/LIBRARY

    To use it in a design (ADD) you will need to set the Green dot in the

    Control panel to USE it.
