Command texts

I have noticed lately that the Command texts turn themselves on

randomly.  This is especially true in the library editor.  How can I

turn them off permanently?  Unchecking it in the Options Interface

dialog does not always do it.  This all started in Eagle 5.11.0 when the

Designlink command texts became the default.
