Eagle CAD on CentOS 6?

I tried installing Eagle CAD on my CentOS6 system and keep getting this error where it cant find the library libxrandr.so.2 even though it's installed. Does Eagle CAD not work on 64bit systems? Has anyone been able to successfully install it on Centos?

    Hi,

     

    I am using 64-bit Ubuntu 11.04 and can run Eagle 5.11.0 ok.  It is a

    32-bit binary so I had to add the packages related to 32-bit

    compatibility.  This is /usr/lib32 on my system.

     

    I'm sure the details for 32-bit libs are a bit different for CentOS/RHEL

    but hopefully you can get the 32-bit version of that lib from some repo

    or site.  (Although I am right now having trouble with locating the

    newer 32-bit libs for my system to run the v6 Beta, v5.91.1)

    Yeah I figured out all the dependencies it was a little annoying that it didn't check for each one and then list them all I had to try to install multiple times to get a new error. For those that are trying to run eagle on CentOS 6 64 bit install all these libraries.

     

    sudo yum install libXrandr.i686 libXcursor.i686 libfontenc.i686 expat.i686 fontconfig.i686 libpng.i686 libjpeg.i686 libgcc.i686 libstdc++.i686
