stopping eagle 5.12 prompting me to update to 6.1.0 on startup

Does anyone have a fix to stop Eagle prompting me to upgrade my bought

and paid for 5.12 version to the significantly more expensive and

marginally more feature rich 6.x each time I start the program.

 

I get that its nice to ask once or twice, but every time is getting

annoying... there MUST be a flag somewhere... I'm hoping someone can

share that information.
