Rookie need some help

Sorry for my English and for the topic.

I like to use EAGLE. But my problem are the libraries. I am not native speaking English and I am not an electrician.

My main problem is to find the right device. I like to use parts from Reichelt.

I hope that this is the right Chat.

    I don't know why element14 doesn't carry the german newsgroups, but

    you can access them via http://www.eaglecentral.ca/forums/

     

    or better yet get a news-client (Thunderbird, opera, ...) and head

    over to one or more of

    news://news.cadsoft.de/eagle.announce.ger

    news://news.cadsoft.de/eagle.suggest.ger

    news://news.cadsoft.de/eagle.support.ger

    news://news.cadsoft.de/eagle.userchat.ger

     

    This are the "original" nntp based newsgroups, eaglecentral and

    element14 only provide a web interface to this groups.
