I noticed that the objects that  I  have on my PCB layout do not line up

*How do I change the resolution of the grid or snap these items to the

    grid in EagleCad light 6.4?*

Use Ctrl + MOVE and the component jumps onto the currently used grid.

Also, I have some grouped items on my borad layout that I would like to

    ungroup and delete certain items.

How do I do this in EagleCad light 6.4?

What grouped items are you talking of? Packages? If yes: You can SMASH

the texts from the package and move/modify them individually.

Roads are the artery of the city. Street lights, as a main source of

lighting, serves pedestrian and vehicles motion at night. Garden light,

landscape lamps and street light, form three-dimensional lighting model

to increase street decoration effect, beautify city night landscape and

also offset the shortage of street light lighting..

The LVD street light is reasonable in dimming, overlong in use term and

requires no maintenance charges for long years of use. It has a high

light effect; good color rendering and can instantly start and work

normally in superlow temperature settings. Compared with traditional

light sources, the LVD induction lamp

(http://www.lvd.cc/inductionlamps.html) can make the road surface

    achieve a better homogeneous degree.
