How to shift net labels up a little - ULP name?

When you create net labels in Eaglecad, they are right on top of the net

wire, and if you use underscores they disappear. I remember there was a ULP

that would shift all the net names up a couple of pixels to fix this. I

looked through the ULP section of the website and couldn't find it. Does

anyone know what the name of that ULP is?
