I have a small board that will not route. The bottom left progress box
says it gets to 100% then it drops back to 99.4% and shows two remaining
airwires. How can I get the 100% route?
I am running the full academic/not for profit version 5.11.

Doesn't matter what you run 
The Autorouter runs on its own grid
(general tab). So make the grid smaller or move your devices further
away to prvide a way for the router.
