Unfortunately I made two of my schematics/pcbs in illegal version of
EAGLE and now it can't be opened in my free version, is there a way how
to convert them?

I am afraid more effective method is ... Google using and thinking a
bit. And read carefully the CadSoft forums :-). At least one
theoretically 100% working method was posted here ... maybe a bit
indirect

IMHO the problem is not the health procedure but the forecast of the
troubles without possibility to explore the save history !!!!!
And don't forget the paste procedure is copying the save history from
the source design !!!!!
