Changing precision on PCB simple question

Former Member
Former Member over 10 years ago

Hi all, I am using Eagle light and had a quick question about how to change the precision. I am in the PCB part and wanted to know how I could change the minimum change dimension from 0.5 inches to 0.1 or preferably millimeters. I attached an image of the setup and I want to see how I can make the "change dimension" at the top left (in the gray, next to the coordinates of the mouse) smaller and different units. Thanks. image

    Hi Anup,

The command your looking for is called GRID. You can either click on the

GRID icon or type GRID followed by the enter to activate it. Here you

can set the spacing of the grid as well as the units.

Type HELP GRID followed by enter to see the full documentation on this

    command.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

    Best Regards,

    Jorge Garcia
