SMT's on bottom layer

I just bought the $45 single lic version and have migrated to all SMT

parts. I use alot of pinheaders and similar through hole connectors and

being able to mount my passives on a separate layer than my transistors

and ic's would drastically reduce my board sizes.

 

How do I move a 0604 resistor to the 16BOTTOM layer? (I use the standard

r-us* in rlc.lbr)
