Hi,
Situation:
-
My colleges and I, we work on numerous proto PCBs at the same time, when it
is time to send the Gerbers to the boardhouse, I collect 4-5 or even more
different kind of PCBs to the same sheet to get it done fast and cheap, this
way we save lots of money and I have all the new PCBs back in few days, test
can be done very quick. This is nice and flawless.
Problem:
-
When I start pasting the individual boards to the final proto sheet (all on
one), their logically connected part designators get automatically
renumbered, because there can only be one (for example) R1 or C1 in a single
design.
Currently, when copying to the logical assignment
stays linked with the component.
Is there any existing method or script to break this logical assignment
between the copied (converted) tPlace and the component, so it could be
multiplied without auto-numbering the part designators?
