Eagle 5.0 Install Problem - on Vista

I have Eagle 4.16r2 installed and working fine on my Vista system for

over a year. 

 

Today I tried to install 5.0 and it won't install.  I get an error

that says the install can't create a registry entry.  Here is a

screenshot of the error:

I am the only user on this machine and I have full admin permissions.

I have not had any problems installing any other programs, except some

require install at the root level (i.e. c:\eagle.... ) instead of the

"Program Files" area. But that is no biggie.

 

Any ideas why Eagle 5.0  won't install on Vista, where 4.16r2 would?

    There is something about Vista installs that you need to run as

    administrator--full admin permissions don't always work.  We've described
