Ripup via, left over hatching?

Former Member
Former Member over 10 years ago

Hi,

As shown in the attached image, I can't seem to get rid of this hatching when removing a via. This was done before I knew the correct process for creating vias (draw layer1 trace, place via, continue on other layer2). These were done manually then renamed using "name" to connect the two traces. Even if I move the via, this hatching doesn't move, nor is it selectable. I've tried ratsnest'ing and it doesn't disappear. First of all, what is it? And second, how can I get rid of it?

Thanks!

Can't see you image in the newsgroups, but it is likely the 'error

indicators' leftover from running a DRC.

Type 'ERRORS CLEAR' in the command line and they should be gone.
