Only with Eagle PCB Power Tools. You can find it in the download area of
cadsoft.

In CadSoft's download pages take a look at dxf2scr.zip. I've used this in
the past to convert DXF files to import into EAGLE. If I recall I think
you have to save out your AutoCad file in AutoCad 2000 or earlier. Also,
make sure that you change the board outline in AutoCad from polyline to
segments. There is also another ULP that I haven't used - dxf2scr-1.zip.
It looks like it might be a graphic interface program.
