Need help renaming parts on schematic

I have some resistors with device name R-R0805 and some named R-US_0805

which is a pain generating the BOM because the same resistor shows up as two

parts in the BOM.

Is there a way i can change the Device names of all R-US_0805 devices to

R-R0805?

Would appreciate any help.

You could use the REPLACE command in the schematic, provided you
are working with EAGLE 5.
