lbr file format

Is there any info on how data stored in the lbr file? I want to write

a public standalone utility for lbr files but need into on the file format.

Googling did not help much yet.

    Eagle supplies a user language program (ULP) interface that allows

    access to all of the internal data. The SCR's are used to write to the

    internal format.

     

    See the export ulp's in the download area for how it is done.
