Problem moving

Hi all,

 

I inherited a couple of Eagle SCH &PCB files from somebody else. One PCB/SCH

set is fine, however, the other I'm finding a problem with the PCB file.

None of the components have the "+" so that I can select them in order to

move them.Only the labels such as resistor value etc have the small "+".

 

Any ideas?

    Turn the tplace or bplace layer on.
