TECH SUPPORT CONTACT ANYONE ?

I bought a license on Friday p.m. and am stuck without being able to apply

my new license so I can start using Eagle 5.3, because I am erroring out

with "Check Installation Code" message. Does any one know how to get hold of

those guys (anyone) at CADSOFT so they can resend me Key an I code etc.

immediately ? I am desparate and only have freeware, and can not use all

features for the next 2 days.

 

HELP !!!!!!!

  • The Key file does not contain Installation Code. It is given to me by email.

    The error message is telling me "to check Installation Code". The problem is

    I code given to me is 9 letters, however Error Dialogue box also suggests

    that it should be 10 letters. somebody goofed BIG WAY.

     

    I just do not know who to talk to NOW to get me going.

    Hi Pradip.

     

    Open your CadSoft License Registration File (license.key) with a text

    editor and there should be line "Install key: abcdxxxxxx" use "abcdxxxxxx"

    as an installation code and use the same file as your license file.
