package update pads error

I have a board created in ver 416 lite on which I have a voltage regulator.

In my regulator library I created a  TO-92 package with long pads, .052"

diameter.

The regulator has several other TO-92 variants using round pins, also

SOT-23.

I originally placed the SOT-23 package variant. When I attempted to Change

Package to the TO-92 long-pad variant the package that resulted was a TO-92

package with long pads, but the pads diameter is .075" instead of .052".

I can go into my source library and make a "marker" change to the errant

variant package, then update the board and see the marker, but the pads

remain .075".

This is not a killer defect because I do not have to use the bad variant,

but what is going on?

This bowls me over. Any help, please?

    Thanks, Richard. I've seen that before but don't deal with real issues very

    often. Then I forget.
