Export part from BRD or SCH to LBR

Can anyone tell me if there is a way how to export the part used in BRD or

SCH file into some file, which can be imported to LBR ? I have lost my LBR

files when HDD crashed and I have some BRD a SCH files where are parts used.

    The "exp-project-lbr.ulp" will collect all devices used in sch/brd and

    create a lbr.
