Hi.

When you make a CAD design for a customer, do you alays give them the CAD source(Eagle files) when you are finished or do they only get production documentation, like SCH pdf, PCB pdf, BOM, P&P.

I always supply (and if the customer, would expect to receive) the complete design package, including the CAD files.

The contract with the customer should list exactly what is to be supplied, how it is to be approved and when it should be paid for.
